  • Bridge Loans: If you need to bridge the gap between buying and selling, we offer hard money and bridge loans with several benefits: interest-only amortization, variable rates of 14% and under, 80% LTV and amounts up to $100 million.
  • HUD and FHA Lending: You can get up to $50 million, as well as non-recourse, full amortization and fixed low rates. This type of financing can be used for seniors’ housing, hospitals, healthcare facilities and multifamily rental housing.
  • Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities: You can borrow up to $50 million and get fixed terms and low interest rates with this unique type of loan. How does it work? This financing involves selling bonds after properties have been securitized into a pool and put in a trust.
  • 504 and 7a Loans: Small businesses are eligible for SBA loans for non-flagged and flagged hotels as well as owner-occupied property.

Conventional Loans

We also offer conventional financing with amounts up to $100 million for industrial and owner-occupied property. If you want to build, we can also provide commercial real estate financing up to $100 million to cover construction costs.
